Amazing guide! Temecula is always a good time, but these wineries were amazing offered 15 glasses of wine. Would definitely do again
It was a very hot day, and the AC on the bus was not very good, was SO hot in there! Had a very uncomfortable trip between wineries. Once we had a few glasses of wine we didn’t notice as much. One of the wineries didn’t have AC- how can you not have ac in Temecula summer? Guide was not knowledgeable or entertaining. Showed up at one winery and they had no idea we were coming. Pretty disorganized. Didn’t really feel welcomed or acknowledged by the guide. I had gotten an initial confirmation text with a Brent who was friendly and asked if we were celebrating anything. But he was not our guide. I did enjoy the tour of the barrel room at Somerset. All in all it was a fun experience because I had all my best friends there.. but I guess I was expecting a bit more from the tour and guide.
I was an hour late to the tour due to road closer. When I arrived at the first stop I only had 20 minutes to enjoy but the winery had good entertainment and vibes. The set schedule was not strict as I was informed prior. The overall experience was good. My only complaint was that no one received 17 tastings as advertised. It was a total of 15 from what I was told by my friends.
Our guide Michael did a wonderful job. He educated us on some of the wines at each winery, made sure we stayed hydrated with water and checked us throughout the tour.
