まずは門をくぐってタロコ峡谷へ。 中国語の伝統的な宮殿建築に着想を得たこの大きな門は、金文橋の南端に位置し、中央島嶼公路と交わる。 近代の著名な書家Mr. 王荘衛は開通以来、高速道路のシンボルとなっている。 現在では、タロコ峡谷への入り口としても機能し、ランドマークとして、また写真撮影の機会としても親しまれている。
タロコ国立公園の全体像を眺めるには、ビジターセンターをスタート地点に入園。
タロコ国立公園ビジターセンターでは、タロコを形作った地質の力について学ぶことができます。 台湾の風景はプレート地殻圧縮によって隆起しており、地震が頻繁に発生している。 展示では、地震発生前と発生後の影響も紹介されており、特に2024年の花蓮大地震は公園の軌跡や地形を劇的に変化させた。
永遠の春神社は、セントラルクロスアイランドハイウェイの建設中に亡くなった226人の軍人（退役軍人）を記念して建てられています。

中央島嶼横断公路を進み、九曲洞（九曲トンネル）を過ぎると、慈母橋（母なる献身橋）に着きます。 両端に大理石の石獅子、両側に大理石の蓮石を配したH字型の吊り橋。 橋の下はカエルに似た岩で、上部は黒い片岩層、下部は白い大理石で形成されている。 この蛙の形をした岩の上に建てられたパビリオンが王冠の役目を果たしており、故蔣経国総統が高速道路建設中に母を偲んで建設した。 橋の東側にあり、故蔣介石総統が建てた慈母館エリアも、王夫人を偲んでいる。

Thank you to our tour guide, Bubble, for the wonderful trip to Taroko National Park. Although the park is currently still under repair, Bubble went out of his way to drive us to all the accessible viewpoints so we could still enjoy the scenery and take great photos. He was also incredibly thoughtful and considerate of our family. He made sure we always had water, planned plenty of restroom breaks, and even prepared snacks for us along the way. His attention to detail made the trip comfortable and enjoyable for everyone. We truly appreciate the care and consideration Bubble showed our family throughout the tour. We had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this trip to anyone visiting the area.

Fantastic day trip with Paul to Taroko National Park. He always paid close attention to his guests and made this experience unforgettable. Thanks to him, it was never boring, and he could always make you laugh.
It’s long day due to travel times. However worth the drag. Be prepared to climb and walk in the heat. Our guide was very accommodating and was happy to stop when we wanted.
Bubble was an amazing tour guide who gave us a great experience! Everything was timed out perfectly and we were introduced to all of the sights as Bubble discussed the history of Taroko. Even though most of the hikes are closed still, we had a great time and enjoyed no crowds and no admission fee. Highly recommend this tour, especially for foreign tourists and anyone with movement difficulties. Thank you Bubble, we had a great day!
Wonderful tour! Jack was an excellent, friendly, and knowledgeable tour guide. The ride was very comfortable. Jack took us to so many beautiful sights and provided lots of info about the gorge. Would highly recommend this tour!
This was a private tour, actually I was the only one in the tour. Caleb was my tour guide and he was awesome. Very knowledgeable about sites, history and everything in-between. Taroko gorge is amazing and we visited as much as was possible given the construction repairs after the earthquake (about 3 years ago). I highly recommend it!

Taroko Gorge is a spectacular spot. We enjoyed seeing a different side to Taiwan. Our guide and driver, Jack, was informative and fun to travel with. The private tour allowed for a very comfortable trip that we were able to tailor to suit us. Beautiful scenery.
