The boat itself is really nice and is equipped with activities and a nice little pool you can use out in the ocean. Overall the experience was very boring. The owner messaged me in the morning to reschedule but we weren’t able to as we had another tour planned. It kind of felt like they didn’t want us there the whole time as they weren’t very engaging. We had to ask what we were looking at and I had to ask the story behind the few things they showed us. It was supposed to come with Prosecco but I had to ask for it. I guess they didn’t want to open a bottle since it was just my family. They didn’t offer us another a glass and gave my family chips from an open bag. We just had a boat tour in Capri last week which was a blast so maybe our expectations were high? I don’t know. I just couldn’t wait to get off.

Francesco and Giovanni were incredibly warm, friendly, and knowledgeable guides. The boat was comfortable, and exploring all the beautiful beaches around Taormina from the water was the absolute highlight of our trip. Couldn't recommend them more!
Booked this tour and received a confirmation the day of booking and the morning of the tour. Tour was planned to start at 2:30. At 2:45 the tour guide tells me he is running late and will arrive in 1 hour. At 3pm (30 mins after tour is supposed to start) the tour guide cancels the tour. No remorse. Waiting at the marina and watching other tours go out was heartbreaking. I saw many other tours go out as planned but unfortunately it was too late to rebook with another company. They were late and then cancelled on me because they didn’t want to go out for a small group.

Due to an issue with our automated system, our morning cancellation notification regarding the inclement weather did not reach you in time, which we deeply regret. We would like to clarify what happened upon your arrival. Because we don't like to disappoint our guests, our first instinct at 2:30 PM was to do everything possible to save your trip. We immediately contacted our skipper to see if he could reach the port on short notice, which is why we had initially estimated a potential delay of 45-60 minutes while we awaited his response. However, during that very moment, our skipper conducted a thorough and updated assessment of the sea and weather conditions. As a professional company, safety is and always will be our top priority, non-negotiable. The sea conditions were not safe enough to ensure a pleasant and safe experience, which is why we had to officially cancel all activities for the day. We immediately offered a full refund and, following your request, worked to rearrange our already fully booked Saturday afternoon program to find a solution that would work for you. Unfortunately, while we were working on this solution, you chose to end the conversation and leave this review. The crew was excellent and and boys and I had and excellent time on the boat and swimming. They even took us to an extra stop for a cliff jump which was fantastic. Thank you for the great memories.
We had such an amazing experience with Romeo Yacht Charters! It genuinely felt like a private charter even though it was a group excursion. The atmosphere was so relaxing, and we stopped at several beautiful spots where we could swim and float in the crystal-clear water. The crew was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure everyone was comfortable throughout the trip. Everything was well organized, and we never felt rushed. It was one of the highlights of our time in Sicily, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing day on the water!
The staff was very kind! My friends and I spent hours of relaxation and fun among music, food, and swimming in various spots. Highly recommended!
