Dear Piyacha,
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Unfortunately, whale and wildlife sightings are unpredictable and outside of our control. If the whales do not appear in the harbour, the tour cannot operate for safety and operational reasons.
As discussed, we have already processed a full refund for your booking.
We always try our best to provide the experience, but wildlife appearances cannot be guaranteed.
Thank you for your understanding.
Superb
I recently booked a day tour with Wanderlust Adventures, and it exceeded every expectation. From the seamless airport pickup to the hand-picked local boutiques, every detail was handled with impressive professionalism.
Our guide, Zahid, was the highlight of the trip. Her deep knowledge of local history and hidden gems turned standard sightseeing into a truly immersive experience. Unlike "cookie-cutter" tours, the pace felt relaxed yet productive, allowing us plenty of time for spontaneous photography.
If you want a stress-free, authentic travel experience that prioritizes quality over crowds, I highly recommend them. They truly care about their guests
