Showed up 1 hr, before scheduled . Called them. Said they would come back to get us for an additional $50.00 plus other “costs”. Never use this company !

Great experience and service
I booked online. Great communication from the company. On the day I txted to say we were at the airport. Got a message straight back to tell us where to wait, what car to look out for. The driver arrived he put our 7 large suitcases in the van and straight to the port. Was fantastic service & would recommend them. A1 service with a smile 😃

The Driver was waiting in the correct spot and helped us with our bags and was so very efficient the whole time.
Of course it was the lunch hour so traffic was light but he drove straight to the terminal after picking up one other couple at a hotel in the centre. He drove well and we are impressed with the service and will definitely use this service again in the future. Excellent.

<p>Very good! The driver was there promptly he actually found us since we walked past him, and he saw that we were looking for him. This shuttle was GoSydney. They are apparently very reliable. The driver was very pleasant and polite and accommodative. Even though everything went off without a hitch Viator still has the service backwards. This was a White Bay Port transfer to Sydney Airport. We asked them a couple of times to get it correct but they never did, as you can see from the booking reference above. All it all it worked out just fine.</p>

<p>Had to wait close to perhaps an hour for the right van to bring us, there were 2 vans that came by but they went to places other than White Bay Port. If pressed for time one might get stressed out. Other than that, ride is uneventful!</p>
