Swarovski Crystal Worlds is a lovely visit for fans of art installations and fantasy atmospheres. The indoor rooms are wonderfully atmospheric, and the outdoor area is stunning—especially the enchanting Crystal Clouds. The ticket price is somewhat high. I definitely recommend getting there early to avoid the queues and crowds

Pre booked the tickets for timed slot the place was at capacity so took 35 to get in The place was so crowded it was difficult to see the displays

Since it was August, it was very crowded. We waited in a long line to enter; at the turnstiles, they pointed out that we had tickets with entry by 9:30 AM, and we explained that the choice had been an unintentional mistake. They sent us back to the ticket offices, yet another line, to pay the €5 supplement for the two of us, but when we arrived at the counter, they said it was not possible and we had to repurchase the tickets in full. It was useless to explain that the attendant at the turnstiles had instructed us to do so. We therefore had to buy the tickets again from scratch and wait in line again. I would say that it would have been enough to make us pay the supplement and show a little openness to the customer. Cute exhibition without big pretensions, the most beautiful room is the one dedicated to the stars' clothes and accessories. At the end of the tour, there is a large store with both old and more recent collections. Very beautiful and large park full of activities for children.

Don't expect an explanation of how these crystals are found, or worked. This is an art gallery where light and color are beautifully displayed. With this wrong thought, the ticket is extra expensive. Yet it is cleverly set up.

This was a terrific half-day outing from Innsbruck with our kids. The museum was well done but brief....the real highlight was the play spaces which were brilliantly done - our 8 and 6 year olds had such a good time and didn't want to leave! The circus acts this summer were also enjoyable albeit brief. Highly recommend to traeling families!

A truly evocative visit, especially for two rooms that struck me particularly. The first is the one with crystals that pulse in time with the heartbeat. The second is the Sun room, where you can listen to its real sound, captured by probes and sped up. A fascinating and almost surreal experience. It is a shame that the atmosphere was ruined by the behavior of many uncivil and rude visitors: shouting, yelling, and little consideration for the place and for others. I believe that the management should do something to encourage more respect and silence, especially in the rooms where the atmosphere is an integral part of the experience. A real shame, because the installations are truly remarkable and deserve to be experienced with greater tranquility.

Absolutely amazing experience in summer hot day. I haven't seen something like this before. All rooms in museum are amazing. Worth to visit with children, they were excited. Outdoor part is included in admission. There is free carousel ride for children, adults can ride as well. We went on Wednesday, it was not crowded.

My visit to the Crystal Worlds was pleasant. Experience only appreciable for those who love atmospheric and fantasy situations, which are savored from room to room through the various installations offered. Unfortunately, there are no descriptive signs or information in Italian inside. The exterior was also designed to offer suggestive effects of lights and colors (the crystal clouds are enchanting). Recommended, even if the cost of the ticket is perhaps a bit high. I fortunately purchased the ticket online, avoiding the long line at the ticket office.

My husband and I were at Swarovski Crystal Worlds in Wattens together and were also very lucky to be able to take part in the VIP tour of the factory. This day truly overwhelmed us and will remain in our memories for a long time. The Crystal Worlds themselves are already impressive and beautifully designed – but the VIP tour of the factory opened up a very special dimension for us once again. Seeing how much skill, precision, passion, and attention to detail goes into the creation of crystal art was simply fascinating. You get a completely different perspective on the work that goes into the sparkling works of art. We were particularly impressed by the combination of traditional craftsmanship, creativity, and state-of-the-art technology. We felt this day was something very special and were thrilled by the entire atmosphere, the impressions, and the hospitality. The VIP tour was definitely the highlight for us and worth every moment. Many thanks to the entire team for this extraordinary experience! We will keep this day in very fond memory and can wholeheartedly recommend Swarovski Crystal Worlds and especially the VIP tour of the factory.
