No one to pick us up, had to call around to get the company to send the driver, who then took another 30min to arrive. Arrived with a huge Mercedes people carrier, we requested a sedan. No comment or explanation from driver.

Unfortunately, the limousine planned for us was defective, but the tour organizer found another one, so that everything worked out. The drive to the hotel in Times Square was great combined with a nice first view of New York. The communication with the tour organizer was very good, unfortunately only by email. It would be nice if communication could take place via Whatsapp or messages. Especially, for short notice information. The only thing missing was the pick-up with a name tag directly at the baggage claim.

This company was suggested to me by my hotel concierge as I was looking for a limo for my friends bachelorette party in NYC. We arrived into JFK and once we picked up our luggage our driver was waiting holding a sign with my name on it. He escorted us to our limo and omg this limo was unbelievable! Butter leather seats and it smelled brand new. The girls were so excited and could not believe we were riding in a limo!! Wonderful service and highly recommended.
