Fast, courteous, good communication, perfect! Our driver was flexible, and right on task. Couldn't have asked for better transport!
We really enjoy our trip our driver Junior was really amazing. He madebour trip very pleasant and enjoyable.
Nice vehicle. Friendly driver. And he kept in contact with me from the time our flight landed til he dropped us off.
Scheduled pick up for 10am. Communication began at 730 am, asking about time of arrival due to expected increased traffic at the cruise port. No reply received, just told to contact driver if I expect to get off before 9am, I confirmed that we were scheduled to be picked up at 10 am, was told that it was 9, sent booking confirmation showing 10 am pick up. Reply was “ok” once off the ship 944am messaged driver, no response. Had to call supplier, was told driver was at port but there was a problem as they weren’t allowing him entrance access. Was told they would call me back. 15 mins later I was told via text, that we had a new driver and to call him. Call went to voicemail, called operator back, was told poor service. Driver called me and informed me that he was at least 20 mins from port and then would take significant time to get into terminal due to traffic. I tried to mitigate this very early and had they paid attention this could have been able to been prevented. We waited well over an hour and a half with elderly people and no where to sit, standing in a loud smelly (exhaust fumes) port terminal. Driver was nice and apologetic but it doesn’t change the fact that they were an hour and a half late for our pick up. Never will book or recommend this company again.
If you want expect to be picked up on time to arrive in your destination in a timely fashion DO NOT use this company. Poor communication, we were told to go to the uber/lyft area walked there (with elderly parents) then were told to go to a completely different area, waited for over 45 mins and then told to go somewhere else. We were unable to go to the third place so we then waited for another half hour. Once in the vehicle (not the one they told me were coming with image) it was a good experience, water offered and ride was smooth.

On time/actually 30 minutes early, so we didn't have to wait as long at the port (we built in a buffer in case of luggage or other delay).
