Disappointing arrival
Driver was not there upon arrival despite sending many messages, they did not speak even when spoken to or as a welcome. There was no water within the vehicle like there should have been. Disappointing arrival, and for the cost, we expected more courtesy.
事業者からの返答
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are truly sorry to hear about your recent experience with your transfer. It’s disappointing to learn that the driver was not present upon your arrival, did not communicate properly, and that the expected amenities such as water were not provided.
This is certainly not the level of service we strive to deliver, and we understand how frustrating this must have been—especially after your travels and considering the cost of the service. Please rest assured that we are addressing this matter with our transportation partner to ensure it does not happen again.
