During my recent visit to Zagreb, I used ZG Elite for both in-city and airport transfer and I was very happy with the service provided. Timely pick-up, confirmation ahead of the transfer and safe driving were the most important attributes. The driver is very professional, very timely and very supportive. I was very satisfied and I am planning to get the services of ZEG Elite again when I go to Zagreb again. Thank you ZAG Elite for the safe and professional service and I highly recommend ZAG elite to everyone who will visit Zagreb.

Our driver, Renato, picked us up at the airport. He was pleasant and spoken enough English to give us advice about sightseeing on our own until our group tour started (in 2 days). We would definitely book our airport transportation again with this company.

Excellent service from start to finish! The driving was safe, smooth, and comfortable, and the driver was very friendly and professional. And I really appreciated the thoughtful touch of receiving a delicious biscuit at the end of the trip. Highly recommended!

The driver Renato was really nice, respectful, helpful and flexible. His driving skills are excellent and safe. We’ll use his services again.

We booked a private day trip to Plitvice Lakes with ZAG Elite, and it was one of the highlights of our stay in Croatia. The whole day was perfectly organized, allowing us to simply relax and enjoy the journey. Along the way, we stopped in the beautiful village of Rastoke, which we probably wouldn't have discovered on our own, and received an excellent recommendation for lunch that turned out to be one of our favorite meals of the trip. The drive was smooth and comfortable, the vehicle was immaculate, and the conversation was always enjoyable without ever feeling intrusive. If you're planning to visit Plitvice Lakes, we highly recommend making it a private day trip with ZAG Elite. It made the entire experience effortless and memorable.

We booked ZAG Elite for our transfer after a weekend in Zagreb, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions of the trip. The car was spotless, the pickup was exactly on time, and everything felt easy from start to finish. The drive was relaxed, we got some great local tips, had a few laughs along the way, and never felt like "just another ride." It honestly felt more like a friend showing us around than a transfer service. If you're visiting Zagreb and want a stress-free, comfortable ride, this is definitely the way to go.

After landing in Zagreb completely tired from traveling, seeing a clean Mercedes and a friendly driver waiting for me honestly fixed my mood immediately. 😄 Everything was simple, relaxed and super professional without feeling stiff or too formal. The whole ride home felt calm, comfortable and genuinely pleasant after a long day of airports and flights. Definitely using ZAG Elite again next time I travel.

I travel frequently between Dubrovnik and Zagreb for work and have used this service several times over the past months. Different drivers have handled my pickups and the experience has always been consistent - flights are monitored and someone is waiting in arrivals even when landing late. The vehicles are always clean, quiet and confortable, which matters after meetings or early departures. It feels organized rather than dependent on a single driver, so I simpy book in advance and don't worry about the airport transfer anymore. Professional, punctual and dependable every time.
