My partner and I had a wonderful experience with this tour service. As a couple of seniors, comfort was a priority for us, and the vehicle did not disappoint—it was large, very clean, and had excellent air conditioning, which was a relief in the heat. Our guide was fantastic; his English was perfectly fluent, making communication effortless. What we found unique and very helpful were the audio recordings at each tourist spot, which provided great historical context. We loved the flexibility of the tour—we could hop off at the landmarks that caught our interest and take our time. At the end of the tour, we asked if it was possible to be dropped off in the Historic Center instead of our original starting point, and they agreed without any hesitation. Compared to the prices of other tours in the city, the quality of service you receive here is exceptional. It honestly feels like you are getting much more than what you pay for. Highly recommended
