The car never arrived. On the phone I was told that the car had broken down and that he would send me an email allowing me to submit my taxi receipt for a refund. I have not received that email. I suspect this is a scam.

The driver was easy to find. He was friendly and professional. The vehicle was clean and in good order. I would use again if coming to Lima.
