Avoid for everything in the world this provider. Suddenly we had to pay almost double the agreed price, and chf. driving was crazy - we are happy to be alive today.

Unfortunately, our reservation was not available, so there was some running and waiting at the airport. We found that very annoying after the long flight. The drive to the hotel was good.

Poor communication: It wasn’t clear that the driver or the company would communicate via What’s app., although I checked the app several times, I didn’t see any message from them until after we sought help. We waited almost an hr.outside of baggage claim before we went looking for help from another company’s representative, who contacted Siam Erawan Travel for us. If the The Conant hotel representative hadn’t helped us locate Siam Erawan Travel, we would still be waiting! The driver was very polite and got us to the hotel safely.
