An incredible day with our guide Heather exploring Mt. Baker
Heather was our guide for an amazing day tour of mt. Baker and the surrounding area. She was informative, incredibly friendly and walked with us and our friends pointing out landmarks and taking pictures.
The tour included multiple rest stops and a break for lunch. Heather provided cold water and the drive was in a comfortable SUV. The drive up to Mt. Baker was scenic beyond words. I highly recommend this trip for both locals and tourists. Ask for Heather as your guide and you won’t be disappointed

Horrible tour. Poor operator
Time and schedule changed last minute 18 hrs before 10:00 am. Called @ 4:00 pm on the 14th and we did not get the call since in Canada. Read text message and voicemail next morning @ 7:00 am and was informed time changed to 8:30. Very hard for us 4 senior age group to have breakfast to take our meds.
Showed up in a personal suv which was dirty and had picked up a passenger in the front seat and we had to squeeze 2 of us in the 3rd row which is very uncomfortable for a 7 hr tour since 1 of us has a hernia. The passenger picked up had a very bad body odor and the whole tour we had a nausea smell.
Did not expect such a nightmare experience from a reputable company like Viator who we have used a lot on all our tours in Europe and USA.
Probably will not use Viator again if this is not addressed properly.

North Cascades and Mount Baker
Bob was an awesome tour guide. He made the trip fun. He was open to stopping to take pictures that weren't on the original itenerary. Being able to experience this with a small group was great. This was an amazing way to end our Washington vacation.

Tour cancelled
I’ve booked this tour 2 times so far , and both the times the tour operator did not make an effort to tell me if the tour is scheduled as planned , I had to make an effort to call them that morning only to know that the tour is cancelled since there aren’t many folks booked the tour . This extremely poor management . I see others who have the same experience . I’d not recommend this .

Best way to explore Mt Baker area
Mike was awesome and super considerate. He reached out before the tour to confirm the meeting time and sweat we wanted to do during the trip. He customized the route for us and is super knowledgeable about the area. Highly recommended this tour!

Enchanting Mt Baker
We were the only two on our trip, so we had the opportunity to specialize our day to our interests. Mike, a Seattle native, was the perfect tour guide. He was easy going and flexible with all of our requests. Mt Baker and all of the Snoqualmie Forest is amazing. We will definitely return. Many thanks to Mike for making it special.
