Highly recommend this private tour! The bus was very comfortable and clean, and our driver, Arsalan, deserves a special shoutout. He was professional, friendly, and arrived at our hotel ahead of schedule. He was also very accommodating when we asked to pick up additional guests along the way. Roy made this experience memorable for a lifetime. We got picked up in a beautiful Escalade. The ride to Niagara Falls was smooth and relaxing. When we arrived, we did the boat tour of the falls. I highly recommend the upgrade. What an incredible experience. We ended the day at Niagara on the Lake, which is one of the most charming and beautiful cities ever. You won't regret booking this amazing excursion!

Niagara Falls is worth the trip. Our driver Roy was very attentive. It's important to go with flexible hours because there are many attractions.

Eli our driver was very nice but basically this was transportation to and from the Falls area. We viewed the falls and took the boat tour and then were dropped off at Niagara on the Lake to find a lunch place. It was very quaint but there was no winery tour and no information regarding the falls provided. You need to do your own research or book another guide for when you arrive at the falls if interested. Upon researching a tour of the Wayne Gretzky winery was additional and we were told this was not included in our price. Driving was superb but the nature of the tour on Viator was misleading to us.

Our guide Roy was excellent! Was very knowledgeable of the area and pointed out key mentions along the way. I highly recommend this tour.

Our driver Salim was informative, gregarious and gave us lots of jokes. He was accommodating to stops at additional sites we wanted to see along the way and kept us in good timing so we did not miss a thing. Absolutely awesome experience. Highly recommended.

Roy was an excellent escort. Prompt - friendly and very knowledgeable about Canada so we had some great insight to history. The SUV was very comfortable and so much nicer than being on a group bus. Roy offered toilet breaks and took us to some good sights- right to the door. We tailored our Niagara Falls trip as didn’t want to do all the things suggested and we got so much more than we expected. Would definitely use King Tours again - well worth the money!
