Your feedback helps us tighten up those processes so guests feel guided and relaxed from the very start. Regarding the staggered drop-offs, we understand that can feel a little longer for some guests. We structure it that way to accommodate different return points, but we’re always looking at ways to improve the flow and communication around timing.
