When we booked the tickets we were told to meet at the catania-fontanarossa airport but that was it. No clear instructions on what part of the airport or how to find the tour guide. We asked multiple people around the airport where we could possibly find the tour guide. No one had any idea and sent us to the bus station area. We have tried to contact the bus operator multiple times and no answer, we even tried support and they couldn’t get a hold of the operator. Now we are out a good amount of money and an experience that my daughter and I were excited to do.
Not sure initially on this activity, but it was a nice blend of soft hiking in the woods and volcanic energy activity. Lovely path, nice views and explanations.
