Need to improve the bbq food
Most of the tour went well and the staff were pleasant and efficient. The only let down was that the bbq food was not hot when it was served to the customers, which was not pleasant.

Very very late cancellation by company
Cancelled on the way to the boat and told by our taxi driver who recieived a phone call 5 mins after leaving the hotel that ‘ the boat was broken’ and he then returned us to the hotel. We have heard nothing directly from the company and are awaiting a refund from them. They cannot help their boat being broken but how they handled the problem, and the lack of a speedy or any response or any alternative offer is very disappointing and totally wasted our day. We’d done this excursion the previous year in 2025 and really enjoyed it and planned it in advance mas the highlight well of our 4 day trip to Krabi. We are now in Khao Lak and heading home at the weekend.

This trip was everything...
This trip was everything we hoped it would be. Snorkeling, we saw sea snakes, eels, fish, urchins, and crabs. Dinner was amazing, the boat was comfortable and fun. The cruise is at a slower pace, so you don't have to worry about seasickness or anything. And the Andaman Sea was very calm. The service was impeccable. Mata and Yaya, along with the rest of the crew, were professional but fun, skilled and diligent. The highlight, by a large margin, was swimming in the ocean amongst bioluminescent plankton. Watching them light up against the inky black of the sea was simply magical. Every activity is optional for those not interested, and I felt very safe the whole time. The guides English was great, too. I HIGHLY rexommend.

Amazing!!
Absolutely amazing. Such a beautiful experience.
A calm way to see the islands, stopping at a couple of quiet spots for swimming and snorkelling before watching the sunset while eating an amazing, and more than plentiful, sea food barbecue.
The team in the boat were so so kind and generous.
100% would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful, chilled and refreshing sunset cruise 🤩

Fantastique et Relaxant
Pick up > boat > snorkeling > beach stop > bbq > plankton > back to hotel.. exceptional food and team on the boat. Best Dinner I had in Thailand. Very big boat like Jack Sparrow’s. Don’t miss it !!!!!!!! Thanks Krabi Sea Cruise, yaya, mata and the crew
