The whole experience was great!!!! The staff was very nice, and the atmosphere was memorable!!!! I would definitely recommend!!!!
It was a great experience from start to finish. They started on time and finished on time. The view of the city from out at sea was beautiful. You got a complimentary drink along with a little finger food and lastly the music selection was great. Definitely a 10/10 experience
The 2 hour cruise with fun music, nice people and a talented captain was thevoerfrct way yo sound our last night in Cartagena.
They only sent me a message indicating the time and place where we would meet and then nothing else, we arrived at the place, gate 3 of the pier, and they had already set sail, they left us, nobody communicated with us, I called them and they did not answer me, I insisted and nothing, in conclusion we did not do the tour, it was Bona Vida Catamaranes who contacted me but I made the reservation through Tripadvisor.
Hola, lamentamos mucho que no hayas podido realizar la excursión. Sin embargo, queremos aclarar que nuestra embarcación sale puntualmente a la hora indicada en la reserva y que los pasajeros deben presentarse con la debida anticipación para completar el proceso de embarque. Una vez que la embarcación ha zarpado, lamentablemente no podemos regresar al muelle ni retrasar la salida, ya que debemos respetar los horarios establecidos. En cuanto a la comunicación, entendemos que realizaste la reserva a través de Tripadvisor. Por este motivo, es importante distinguir entre la reserva realizada a través de la plataforma y la operación directa de la excursión. Si la reserva fue marcada como no-show, esto significa que el pasajero no logró embarcar antes de la hora de salida. Lamentamos sinceramente que hayas perdido la excursión y entendemos que sea una situación frustrante. No obstante, recomendamos siempre revisar cuidadosamente la hora de salida y presentarse con suficiente anticipación, especialmente tratándose de una actividad marítima con un horario de salida fijo. This cruise was as advertised. It's a nice size boat, it was a little crowded, but you could move around easily. They pass a few appetizers around and your ticket gets you one drink, but you can buy others very cheaply. They have upbeat music the entire time and it's just long enough to watch the sunset and get back.

The catamaran experience was amazing! It was an excellent trip, especially for families with kids. I was a little worried about how my daughter would handle the ride, but it was very smooth and enjoyable. She absolutely loved it, and we all had a wonderful time. I would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling with children.

Cuando una salida es cancelada por nuestra parte y se aprueba el reembolso, este normalmente se procesa dentro de los siguientes 7 días hábiles posteriores a la solicitud de cancelación. Sin embargo, el tiempo exacto en que los fondos se reflejan en su cuenta puede depender de los procesos internos de su entidad bancaria o del método de pago utilizado. Si ya ha transcurrido este plazo y aún no ha recibido el reembolso, le agradeceríamos que nos compartiera los datos de su reserva para poder verificar el estado del proceso. The boat was very nice. The cruise itself was very basic. We just slowly cruised the bay and waited for the sunset which wasn’t very good. It was cloudy so it really depends on the day that you go. Nothing wrong with the company or the boat, but the weather. Simple activity, but nice.

One of the best excursions on our visit to Cartegena. The boat was very clean and the crew was great! I was expecting snacks, consisting of chips or Chex mix kind of fair. However, I was really surprised to see empanadas, Fata, and Kimmie. It was so much better than I had anticipated. The drinks served were great. The music was a wonderful mix for all ages. Would definitely do this trip again when we return to Cartagena.
