The submarine experience itself was very good and well worth doing. The staff were friendly, and it was a unique experience that we really enjoyed. However, be very careful with the parking. We paid €2.40 for parking, but when we tried to leave, the exit scanner wouldn't accept our ticket. We pressed the help button and spoke to the operator, who insisted we hadn't paid, so we paid again. The exact same thing happened, so we ended up paying a third time. Strangely, the barrier finally opened without even scanning the ticket. We weren't the only ones affected—two cars in front of us and one behind us also had to pay at least twice. We wanted to make a complaint, but the parking office is on the other side of the marina, and to get there you would have to enter the car park again and pay once more. It really felt like a scam and left a bad impression after an otherwise great experience.

If you want to dive to -20 meters with a submarine. You will see two sunken ships and fish. The seabed is not great, but the experience is fantastic.

We booked onto the submarine adventure after seeing about it online and now after attending we are sadly disappointed from the experience. The free bus is a plus, but unfortunately this turned up late and when the women introduced us onto the coach she seemed annoyed like we had inconvenienced her. There was no real information on rules or what to do on the submarine until a video was played 1 minute before getting on board that we couldn’t understand anyway as it wasn’t in English. We enjoyed the going on a submarine part of it, though the distance we were told we was going below sea level changed from 30mtrs to 25mtrs to 20mtrs pretty quick, when in fact we only went to about 17mtres. I think for the price we’re disappointed, as once descended there isn’t actually too much to see. We expected to see quite a bit of wildlife and saw very little and if you was sat port side your view wouldn’t have been as good. Would have been nicer for it to be longer and to go a further distance to explore more.

The adventure didn't happen due to llack of customers (ballast) waited for 30 minutes just in case more joined. All passengers frustrated most had travel some distance, a hour on the bus for me and then back. Lots of staff standing around but apparently they couldn't be used to ballast the sub, very disappointed couldn't book another activity so a wasted day.

Where I normally suffer from claustrophobia, I took up this challenge with the submarine. Not a moment thought of the claustrophobia/never noticed. All in all a spectacular experience.

From our hotel in playa des ingles it took about an hour and ten to arrive. Once submerged the visibility was poor with very little diversity of marine life , a baron ocean floor with some attempts at a man made reef and a few ship wrecks. Overall , very disappointed, over priced and the lack of enthusiasm from the staff said it all. Good to have said I've been in a submarine but would definitely not repeat this experience. A shame ,with a bit of effort and imagination they could and should improve this experience.
