They never confirmed, never texted, never emailed us with any information. We selected hotel pick up, and even though the confirmation said they could come to our hotel, apparently after calling Viator, that is not true. We tried reaching Green Tours several times as did Viator, and no one received a single response. We had to get a refund due to the sheer lack of responsiveness and no way to actually take the tour.
Excellent Tour, the Angie Guide took us to know delicious food, very friendly and attentive, I highly recommend this tour and Angie's work.
Great fun evening tour of Cartagena, tasting traditional dishes (arepa, chorizo, chevice, fresh cheese, ...), unknown desserts and fruits of all kinds! Our very nice guide, gave us a lot of information about the city culture. Recommended!

I know Cartagena has a reputation for great and good restaurants, but just my friends and I were looking for places to eat locals. And that was just what Angie did: she took us around the best places to eat street food. Go without fear and very hungry. Great experience
For the record, Viator and an outside contractor worked together to get us our tour. Viator did not supply the guide, the contractor did and she was absolutely excellent. Viator had to sign our contract over to the contractor because the Viator tour could not locate an English speaking guide. So we took the Spanish speaker and it worked out very well. Angie was phenomenal and the street food was outstanding - arepas, fruit, ceviche, chorizo and beer. What's not to love!
This was a really great food experience..Mercedes was our guide and she was very knowledgeable about the food and how it was prepared. We had a great variety of food, fruit, coffee etc. A really enjoyable experience

I paid the whole amount 55$ and they cancelled because they said there is not enough people for the english tour. they said they will let me join the Spanish group and i agreed. They still cancelled the spanish because they said there is not enough people for the food group tour. NEVER REFUNDED THE 55$ even though i reminded them 3x in a span of 3 months!!!!! WHAT A SCAM!!!!!
Very good tour with Angie, took us to try a series of meals in street stalls that we wanted to try. Recommended!
