I expected a decent car with an English speaking driver. We got an older taxi (the sign was still on the car, which he removed at Ston) with a nice man but he couldn't speak English (using Google translate). We did not get a bottle of water as advertised. We paid an extra 100 euros for an extra hour (total of 6 hours) to stop at Mali Ston and the Ston saltworks on our way to Dubrovnik. Our driver headed to Dubrovnik without stopping at Ston saltworks, even though he said he would stop there. He had to turn around to head back to Ston when we pointed out his mistake. We arrived in Dubrovnik well within our 6 hour window that we paid for, but the driver insisted we pay him an extra 30 euros because we were "late" leaving the Ston saltworks. All in all, a very unpleasant experience and I would not recommend using this service.

However, there are so many incorrect statements in your review that I feel the need to respond. This tour was booked through the official Viator website at the regular price and already included a private transfer from split to Dubrovnik with 45- minute stop in Ston. Your booking agent likley charged you an additional 100 eur for the Ston detour, despite the fact that it was already included in the original price. During the transfer to Dubrovnik, you asked if it would be possible to extend the planned 45 - minute stop in Ston to approximately 2 hours. We agreed, but clearly explained that additional time is charged at 30 eur per hour. You confirmed that this was acceptable, so we extended the Ston experience accordingly. There are official messages through the Viator platform where you asked for extra time and agreed to the additional price. I can provide screenshots showing that this was a mutual agreement between both parties and not something that was "forced" on you. The vechicle used for your transfer was VW Touran, and the driver who escorted you has completed this route more than 1,000 times. He is highly experienced, has excellent driving skills, and most importantly, brought you safely to your destination - which is my top priority as the owner. If the additional 30 eur charge is truly a problem for you, despite your prior agreement, feel free to send me and email and I will gladly refund double that amount immediately. It’s a beautiful drive from Split to Dubrovnik. Our guide, Miro, was kind and knowledgeable. We would recommend this tour to our friends. Consider stopping for oysters in Ston along the way!
This is worth the money! Our driver told us history and facts about the region as we rode. He stopped when we wanted to take photos. Gave us options for our lunch stop. It was one of our best experiences!

Our chauffeur, Marijan was excellent. He drove a comfortable car, was friendly and most importantly was a safe driver! He made numerous photo stops along the way and helped us with our luggage on both ends! Also, Ivan was a good communicator when booking our trip!

Excellent service from start to finish. I was in touch with Ivan for a few months before the trip and all details were ironed out in advance. The entire trip, IE Zagreb to Split via Plitvice and Zadar, and then Split to Dubrovnik via the coastal route, Pocitelj, Ston, went off seamlessly and without a hitch. The vehicles were good with adequate space for luggage. The drivers reported on time, and there was never a problem. We even got a few airport transfers at the last minute, and Ivan, the owner obliged without any problem. Very reasonably priced and great VFM. Ivan didnt even insist on an advance payment. All in all, a great experience. Highly recommended.
We were looking for an affordable way to travel from Split to Dubrovnik. After sending enquiry to couple of local companies which provide private transfers and our first reply came from Ivan, who is owner at company. We agreed easily with pick up time and location and our trip took around 4h as we did coastal road with amazing view on sea and islands. Ivan did couple of free photo stops which was really nice gesture. Will not hesitate to use this service if I come back to Croatia.
Safe and efficient driver and very kind of the organization to even change the schedule for our convenience. Had a brief stop in Ston for some pics. A bit more guidance and information in regards to the scenery and where to go in Ston would have made it a 5 star review.
