The experience advertised 7 food samples (we got only 5) We received three food samples, then a tiny sample of fudge/candy (half a cm) at the sweet shop that were free to anyone who entered and surely weren’t counted as part of the tour tastings. Finished with a cinnamon bun that can be found in all cafes and a sample of cheese (3 cubes of 1cm diameter) and our guide couldn’t even tell us the names of the cheeses or what they were made of. Your guide had very little to say and it was left to the tour participants to make our own conversation. £100 each for the tour was very poor value. The tastings centred around a few streets in Gamla Stan. For a three hour experience I was expecting to cover various areas of Stockholm, especially the famous food hall - total rip off and would not recommend

We had a great food tour around the old town, trying traditional foods from local places. David, our guide, was great, not only explaining about the food we were trying but also told us more about the history of Sweden and Stockholm as we walked around and answered our many questions! Personable, knowledgeable guide, fun fellow guests, tasty food—— however, the cheese shop was closed and the candy store was not making candy😟—- so, we missed 2 experiences. Also, one should be aware and prepared, there is much walking up and down hills on cobblestones.

Didi is a pleasant guide who presented a number of flavours from sweets to Swedish meatballs while walking the streets of Gamla Stan! Would recommend this tour. It’s a small group which makes it very nice.
