Drive tour was great. Chad is amazing. Historically knowledgeable. The Arch tour and Riverboat ride well synchronized
Guide was very knowledgeable and helpful. I do wish he’d spoken up more. He knew a lot. Arch visit was totally worth it. Ride on the river was a disappointment. The boat and narration were cheesy. I would pay more for a better ride.
It was insightful and we learned things we didn’t anticipate.
This was my first time visiting St Louis, and this tour gave me a great introduction to the city’s major landmarks.
The tour guide never showed up. We waited 45 minutes. The tour agency was not able to get in touch with the guide.

Chad, our guide, was incredible! He was on time, well prepared, full of great stories and facts, and very personable. We took the tour with another couple we did not know, which added a great dimension to the experience that my wife and I were not expecting. A great day in STL on this 4-hour tour.

We booked a small group tour of St. Louis through Trip Advisor whom passed it on to Viator whom passed it on to See Sight Tours USA. See Sight Tours contacted us the night before our scheduled tour to let us know they weren’t able to pick us up at our Hotel (Horseshow Casino Hotel) & we had to walk three blocks to the the Radisson Hotel for pickup instead. We walked to our pickup location and See Sight Tours never arrived to pick us up for our tour! We called all three companies and they couldn’t get ahold of their driver for our tour, so they offered us a full refund. Not sure what exactly happened, but be wary of scheduling this tour through Trip Advisor.
We’re truly sorry for the stress and disappointment this caused. We understand how frustrating it must have been to walk to the Radisson and then spend time calling around for answers. Please feel free to contact See Sight Tours directly or follow up through Tripadvisor or Viator if there is anything still unresolved.
