サラエボ発スレブレニツァ虐殺ツアー
説明
サラエボからスレブレニツァまでは車で約2時間半です。スレブレニツァ記念センターとスレブレニツァ市を訪問します。スレブレニツァ虐殺は1995年7月に起きた虐殺で、スレブレニツァとその周辺に住んでいた8000人以上のボシュニャク人が殺害され、その大半は男性であったが女性や子供も含まれていた。旧ユーゴスラビア国際刑事裁判所は、スレブレニツァでの虐殺は大量虐殺であると宣言した。スレブレニツァ近くの小さな場所、ポトチャリは、オランダの国連部隊によって安全地帯と宣言されました。しかし、ボスニアのセルビア人部隊は保護区を突破し、8000人以上のボシュニャク人を虐殺した。メモリアルセンターでは当時のビデオ映像が流されており、処刑の様子が映されている。犠牲者は共同墓地に埋葬され、今日に至るまで多くの犠牲者の身元が特定されず、発見されていない。記念碑は 2003 年 9 月にビル クリントン元米国大統領によって正式に開設されました。同年 3 月に最初の犠牲者 600 名が確認されました。

A must visit museum when you visit Sarajevo and you want to learn about the recent history. Some of the picures and TV-images though are quite confronting.

Being able to see and walk through the factory where over 25000 sought refuge made a huge impact on me. the footage and photographs were hard to watch but so important to remember. I would advise everyone to visit who want to understand and make sense of the atrocities that happened in Srebrenica.

The Srebrenica day tour was very easy to organise with Kamer. Our tour guide Vekas was fantastic - he was very professional, informative and ensured the tour was tailored to us. We had adequate time to learn about the history, view the museum and cemetery. We greatly enjoyed the journey with beautiful scenery and learning about the history.
