私たちは宮殿の模型のすぐ隣にあるリーヴァ遊歩道からツアーを開始します。リヴァは、地元住民がコーヒーを飲みながら日光浴を楽しんで過ごす場所であり、公共生活のほとんどが行われる場所です。
ディオクレティアヌス宮殿の地下ホール (より正確には下部構造物として知られています) は、古典古代の時代から世界で最も保存状態の良い複合施設の 1 つです。この広大な空間は、スプリトの歴史的中心部が 1979 年にユネスコの世界遺産リストに追加された主な理由の 1 つです。

Excellent tour. Mario was an engaging and very knowledgeable guide. He brought the city to life before our eyes and was a source of local knowledge for food and drink as well as other trips etc. we did this tour on our first full morning in Split and it set us up for a great stay. Thoroughly recommended.
Maggie our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable, engaging and personal. Her history regarding Spilts palace was so interesting. We had a small tour which made it more personal and charming. I definitely recommend. Thank you Maggie.
Unfortunatley Mario was unable to conduct our tour but his communication on the change of guide was great and even offered us a refund if we wanted. We did the tour and we were upgraded to Elena 😉 What a guide! We have done many tours in many places and this tour was in our top 5 for enjoyment and this was a lot to do with Elena. The tour itself was very interesting about the history of split and the dioletians palace. Great start to our stay in Split Would highly recommend
Wow! One of the best tour guides I’ve had, and I’ve been on a lot of tours. Mario’s knowledge is extensive and his passion is next level. You can tell he loves sharing the culture and history of Croatia with others. If you haven’t booked already, what are you doing????!!!!
Mario met us shortly before 10 out in front of Diocletian's palace and delivered 2 solid hours of history, amusing stories with local flavor, and local points of interest. He was very interactive and engaging and this was the perfect way to kick off a few days in Split and 2 weeks in Croatia. Not only did we get the lay of the land, but afterwards he also sends a list of recommended restaurants and wine recommendations. We looked like pros recommending plavac mali and pronouncing it correctly. And he directed us to the best cevapi in town, and maybe in Croatia. Well worth the time spent and ticket price. Do yourself a favor and sign up for the tour!
Wear comfortable shoes.- walking on cobblestones and uneven surfaces. Some stairs but many have handrails. The guide was very knowledgeable and had some amusing anecdotes. He is clearly used to visitors from all over the world. He gave us great tips on where to eat and drink and how to avoid scammers. Highly recommend!
This was one of the best walking tours I have ever done. Mario was a great guide - warm, informative, funny and very generous with his time. You definitely need to be in a small group tour in Split because the crowds are ridiculous. Highly recommend and thanks again to Mario!
Mario was an amazing tour guide! He is extremely knowledgeable, not only on the history of Split but also the history of the Romans. He was very engaging, great jokes, and made us feel welcomed throughout the tour! During the tour, he was able to give us advice on how to navigate the old town, recommending authentic dishes / wines, and recommendations on what to explore! Mario’s voice was loud enough to hear and the group size was perfect. The Old Town can get crowded and there is not much space, so just be sure to bunch up. We were very happy with the tour and would highly recommend Mario to anyone who would like an authentic local tour of Split Old Town!
