Amanda was our bar tender and she was amazing. She was there to make the experience as fun as possible for everyone and ended up being a highlight of the evening.

We had such a wonderful experience, and a big part of that was thanks to Jovahnny M.! We booked the Island Party Boat to celebrate my husband birthday because it combined all of his favorite things—the Chicago River, Lake Michigan, and the spectacular fireworks show. Jovahnny was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He was friendly, welcoming, and so informative. He made everyone feel comfortable, answered our questions, and kept the drinks coming with a great attitude, even when it got busy. The drinks were delicious, reasonably priced, and served quickly. It’s employees like Jovahnny who turn a fun outing into a truly memorable experience. He helped make Miguel’s birthday celebration even more special, and we’re so grateful for his outstanding customer service. If you’re thinking about taking this cruise, I highly recommend it—and if you’re lucky enough to have Jovahnny as your bartender, you’re in for an even better experience.
