The Sound and Light show is currently suspended due to renovations. Nov 25 to April 26 (at least). So we were given the Nile Cruise option. It was enjoyable - but the term 'Organised Chaos' comes to mind!!

Booked the show and Hesham insisted that he wanted to pick us up early to avoid 'traffic'. We then made it clear to him that we're not interested in any shopping and then he said "Government cancelled the show". Now chasing Viator for refund. Called the official organizer of the show and they confirmed that no show was ever available today. So, basically he listed a fake show to steal money and take us to a shopping tour. So surprised to see Viator allows such fraudulent activity.
No idea you never used our service ,please read our reviewa !!!! thats not our service still wait for your reply . please send us confirmation number if you are one of our guest to prove , hope you rely back to me !!!! many other operator does this tour and copy from us ,maybe u write to wrong listing ! thank you for the feedback , but make sure you wrote to correct company . you never used or contact us for that tour , you might write that to wrong listing , everyone used our service and know who we are , read reviews , thats why you booked us , we dont know if you are spam or you took money form other to write that for us , if we are bad , you never use our service but you came through our review which are real one not fake . please check , thank you , we wish you good time in Egypt . Egypt is the most safe place in Egypt , check which company you use and wrote for them . hope you be honest and fair no need to have that fake or scam or spam
At the start for now and light at the pyramids driver exactly on time. Nothing wrong, it is perfect despite that I do not speak English, it did everything to satisfy all my needs, I recommend it, it is perfect👍👏😉

John was our driver he came on time and since we had some time before the Show, he was good enough to take us to the Egyptian Cotton world and also to the oil, spices and Tea stores. Thanks to him we could go to those places. It was a good experience to watch the sound and light show at Giza Pyramids. We had expected more lights on the Pyramids but it was good show.

Great opportunity to experience not only the sound & light show, but also to take a glance at the cultural diversity of the city. We really enjoyed the ride with our guide Raafat, he was always enthusiastic, supportive and keep us engaged.

We didn’t like to be walked before the show from 5:30 to 8:30 from store to store , with the aim of selling us things , carpets, papers , perfumes, clothes etc ... The included meal did not suit us all , the place not conducive to European turists

Yes, it's a bit dated and sometimes hard to hear, but the Pyramids & Sphinx lit up in different colors made it a fun and inexpensive evening. You can sit and relax, or move to the side to get closer fun pics. I was sick on the day tour, so this is thr only way I say them in person and I now felt like at least I've seen them - especially the Sphinx. It's a fun little addition to your trip. We used Viator to tour & get there and our driver was great. Also NO obnoxious vendors in your face to enter this experience (such a relief!).

It was OK but a bit dated. Mot sure who the voice of the narrator was but sounded very old English, dont know if that was the aim due to what it is but could have been brought up to date Distracting having pick up trucks and vans driving up and down beside the screens
you neved used my service you wrote about light show not my company service
We had Kareem as our guide and Ismail as driver, both were fantastic. We didn't know we were going to be taken to oil and spice shop before getting to the show and it was very nice but should be known up front. The vehicle was great too, plenty of room. Kareem is a fountain of knowledge which made the journey go busy quickly and we go to spot sites we'd never have known without him. Very clear English too. The Light & Sound show is a must if you cannot find time to get closer to view the Giza Pyramids. The sound system could probably do with an upgrade, it's recorded in English and other languages have a headset translation. I would recommend the tour and Hesham Egypt Tour Guide. The loss of a star is the unknown (sell) stops and the janky sound system.
