I would highly recommend anyone this tour if they are short on time but want to see the Taj and Elephant sanctuary. Originally we had just booked for this tour as a transfer to the Wildlife SOS elephant conservation centre from Agra, however, last minute flight changes caused us to arrive in India 1 day later than planned, meaning we could not stay in Agra. I reached out to this tour company who quickly responded and offered this trip instead. After landing in Delhi, we were greeted by Kishore who was friendly and took us to his car. There was complementary water, tissues, charges and he even let us use his mobile data connection as we had not yet got a simcard. He drove us to wildlife SOS which took around 3 hours, with a stop for food on the way. As we were very strapped for time and wanted to make it to Agra before the Taj closed, we had not yet stopped at an ATM for cash. As such, Kishore payed for our food and we later payed him back when we had cash. Kishore provided a great insight into India and what to look out for when travelling. After Wildlife SOS, we headed towards Agra for the Taj Mahal. We planned to not have a guide for the Taj, however Kishore strongly recommended one, and we are glad he did. The Taj was very busy with locals and the process of getting in is quite confusing/overwhelming for tourists. The guide was great and gave a good tour of the Taj. The only downside with this tour was ending in a Tourist shop with a demonstration of how they made the Taj stone. We didn’t quite want this, but this is no downplay on Kishore or this company as this was by the guide external to this company. We then started the journey to Jaipur and Kishore kept us updated on the arrival time and checked we were comfortable on the way multiple times. It was a long day with lots of driving and Kishore was professional at all times. He was good at driving, particularly on India’s roads, offering us local Indian sweets at times in the journey. Whilst long, the trip allows you to see parts of India from the comfort of an air conditioned car. We were picked up from Delhi at around 10:00am and arrived in Jaipur at around midnight. A long day, but a good one with everything we wanted to see.
