It was just the two of us. We are over 50 and we were taken very good care of. We went at our own pace. It was an excellent experience. We meet near the San Pedro sign.

It was personal fun and professional If you dont want to spend all day.on an excursion this is perfect.

I am guilty for not writing a review yet but Matthew and Khalil were incredible to go on this excursion with! We had a quick 5 minute boat ride and did a one hour excursion— my mask wasn’t working well so they instantly got me a new one. (I ended up having to use Khalil’s) We saw an abundance of nurse sharks, fish, and corals. Very satisfied with the price and the service that these gentlemen provided. Thanks again!

Matthew and his crew mate were very accommodating, even adjusting the time so we could make it back to the ferry on time. I recommend Rise Up Expedition to anyone who doesn’t want to spend 4+ hours snorkeling.

My husband and I went on this snorkeling tour of the reef. It was absolutely amazing! We were the only ones on the tour so it was very private, which we appreciated. I’m not a great swimmer but the guide made me feel extremely safe and helped guide me through so I could focus on what was under the water! We saw sharks and sting rays, as well as many cool fish. The trip was an hour and a half, which was the perfect amount of time since we are not ones to book all day or half day adventures, so we still had time to get dinner afterwards and weren’t too tired from a day trip! All we wanted was to be taken to the reef and shown around, which was exactly what we got. Wish we had found them sooner because we definitely would have done it again on our trip to San Pedro. Highly recommend this experience, thanks guys!!!

Nice variety of fish and coral. Water not very deep. Easy enough to get back on the boat if you need to. Crew are awesome! Would definitely do again.

Awesome experience snorkeling right on the barrier reef. Matthew and Khalil were super knowledgeable about all the fish/wildlife we saw and made it a great morning. We snorkeled a few other places on half day tours during our trip, and did the one hour tour with Rise Up on our final morning. The spot they brought us too was the best of the 4 places we went. Tons of fish and cool corrals, and easy to fit into a morning instead of taking up most of the day.

Sean and Alston were incredible! We wanted to catch fish, we caught fish! We wanted to snorkel, we snorkeled! We wanted a remote island and our fish to be cookedfor us and served with amazing Belizean treats… That’s what we got! Perfect day with the family very enjoyable and no stress! These guys really took care of us. Thank you! Tye, Shay, Brody, Van, and Drake
