Our guide was friendly and helpful, but the overall experience wasn’t what we expected. The tour ended up being about an hour of continuous swimming and was more strenuous than we anticipated. We had considered bringing some older relatives with us, and I’m really glad we didn’t. Seeing a manatee up close was incredible, and I understand that you can’t control what wildlife shows up. Bur aside from that one amazing moment, we spent most of the time swimming against the waves without seeing much else, so the experience felt a bit lacking overall.

While it seemed like a better idea than a boat-based snorkeling trip for my often motion sick family, this was a tough excursion. Do not recommend for anyone who is not a strong swimmer, as the waves and tides coming off the ocean make for a challenging swim.
Very sad. Was really looking forward to the tour. There seemed to be confusion regarding the equipment at first. Asked for half mask and was handed one without a breathing tube and was told they didn’t have a tube. My husband then spotted one and fixed it to my mask. Finally started making our way into the water and were quickly left behind. We were swimming with children who started panicking at being so far behind. This would have been fine if there was warning that this was a bit more of a fast paced swim so drop out if you can’t hang. I would have not paid and moved on. Two out of five of my family stayed. Only later did our guide realize that some of us didn’t make it. I keep wondering where the “tour” part of the guided tour was. I understand that some friends of ours went on this tour with different guides a year ago and had a great time. I wasted a bit of money today and had some sad children.
We had a great time! Justin was excellent and kept telling us we could stop and turn around at any point. Surprisingly my nieces (11 & 16) kept wanting to go further. This was definitely more of a swim workout rather than a leisurely snorkel off a boat lol but we all enjoyed, the fish were beautiful and it was definitely a great experience

This was a very fun and unique experience. The guide was very knowledgeable and accommodating. My kids had a wonderful time seeing all the different sea life.

Justin was the perfect tour guide! We had an 8 and 10 year old with us and he was very attentive to our needs. He made sure we all felt comfortable and confident before we ventured out and he was very knowledgeable about the area and the sea life. I was able to make priceless memories with my family and I would highly recommend this experience!

Zavick was amazing he helped us with everything. This is great for beginner snorkeling. The water felt great and you got to choose how far you wanted to go.

Great tour! Elizabeth guided us through the bay looking for aquatic wildlife. The area we were in was not very deep but there are areas with a strong current.

To start off I want to say Justin the tour guide made the experience 100 times better I will highly recommend doing it if you’re going under his vision, he made sure we were safe and knew what we was doing and made the experience fun I would definitely do it again
