ロッホ・アードは1878年にマトンバード島に墜落して座礁した。 唯一生き残ったトム・ピアースとエヴァ・カーマイケルの2人は、なんとか湖畔のアード渓谷内にあるビーチの安全地帯まで引きずり出すことに成功した。 一瞬、この2人の悲劇的なティーンエイジャーは英語圏で話題となり、結婚を大いに願った（結婚しなかった）。

We had a great experience on tour to great ocean road . Steve our Tour driver was excellent in knowledge , character and friendly attitude . He kept us going with his great talks and amazing knowledge about Australian culture . He always checks on everyone . He is a 10 out of 10 . We don’t see anyone so energetic and professional like stage these days . Highly recommended to everyone .
This is a must do tour if you are coming to Melbourne for the first time. Steve was a fantastic tour guide- very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. He gave us more than enough time to click pictures and also helped click some pictures. He also took extra effort to show us kangaroos and koalas :) The time flew by during the beautiful scenic drive. Advantage of doing reverse tour is that you get to the twelve apostles during a time when other tourist buses have not crowded the place. I am so glad I chose this tour. Would recommend it 100%
We had a blast on the Great Ocean Road thanks to our driver-guide, Steve! He is patient, caring and he made sure everyone was comfortable and warm throughout the day. The itinerary was perfectly paced, and his commentary made the long drive so much fun. Honestly, his dedication to the group made the whole trip special.

Steve is absolutely amazing. He is very informative and funny. We had an amazing time. He didn’t rush us at all at the photo spots and in fact also helped us take pictures. Reverse sunrise tour is the way to go! You get to Twelve Apostles at a time when it’s not busy and other tourist buses have not crowded the places
