Exceptional guide, unforgettable day
Fantastic Great Ocean Road day tour! Our guide Jay made the whole experience. He was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing detailed info about the sites and areas we passed through along with plenty of interesting facts, and he kept us well looked after with water on the bus and helped us take photos at the stops. The standout moment was when he helped us organise a separate helicopter tour. When the helicopter ended up running late, Jay had to keep the tour moving, so he left us behind to enjoy the helicopter ride while the rest of the group carried on to the next location, then came back afterwards to pick us up. That kind of flexibility and care for our experience really stood out. Communication throughout was excellent too. Jay sent updates ahead of our early 6:15am pickup and kept us posted whenever running a little behind. Highly recommend this tour if you're after a guide who genuinely goes above and beyond.

It was a great experience, my family and I had a very nice day. Our driver/guide was very knowledgeable and super helpful.

Fun tour at good price
Jay/Jai was an excellent guide - funny, engaging, didn't rush the guests, took us to uncrowded places, and just ensured we all were happy. The package itself is definite value for money. Cheaper than most others, but no corners cut in terms of service and experience.

Great day
Wonderful tour- dress in layers! Jay was fantastic and took great care of us. 12 apostles, kangaroos, a koala, the scenery!! Sit on the right side of the bus. Enjoy!!! Pickup was seamless they will text you around 7 pm the night before with exact time from hotel.

Guide who became friend
Exceptional Day!! Jay is a supremely talented guide who made this trip more memorable with his wit, knowledge and experience. Great itinerary and absolutely brilliant to start the day in reverse order with 12 apostles. Must do trip if you are in Melbourne.

Beautiful scenery
Very enjoyable trip. Scenery was stunning. The option to see the 12 apostles by helicopter was. Amazing. Pace was perfect. I recommend this tour
