Nilsa was incredible!!! She kindly met us right outside of our Airbnb even though it wasn’t one of the available pickup points. Throughout the tour she kindly waited for us and didn’t rush as at all. She was so friendly and gave many tips and tricks to make our trip easier, and it was so lovely being in such a small group of just 4 (my friend and I were with another couple). The Falls itself was beautiful!!! Would definitely recommend!
Excellent!!! Our guide, Diego, was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We were picked up and dropped off at our hotel. He handled all the paperwork for the brief border crossing into Argentina and then back into Brazil. We felt comfortable and well taken care of and safe. It was very nice to get to know the other travelers in our small van group. We definitely highly recommended this service!
Today we took the tour with Nilsa, a spectacular tour. It was done first on the Argentine side and then on the Brazilian side (I hope they never change that order hehehe). Nilsa is a prepared guide, she speaks 3 languages and handled the group very well. If you have the opportunity, I recommend that you take the tour with Nilsa.

Bruno was the perfect guide to both side of the Falls. Kind, knowledgeable and always ready to help. Couldn't wish for more!
The guide, Nilsa, was very good, and got us through queues very quickly.
We loved Nilsa and her humour. Everything from pick up to drop off worked out perfectly! She took great care of administrative border crossings so that it felt like a breeze crossing over and back into Brazil. Thr tour was a perfect match between time on our own and group time. We would definitely reccommend!
