What an experience! We happened to be in DC for a family function, but decided to take a day to see Arlington Cemetery. We found the tour on line and went with it. Trevor, our guide, was very informative and fun to be with. We loved the many stories of those who served our country. We got to see the Changing of the Guard which was so moving. Excellent and meaningful tour of one of the most important monuments to the history of the United States. Our family learned a lot on this walking tour, and we had time to visit some of the highlights of Arlington National Cemetery. Our guide Trevor kept us moving at a reasonable pace, shared stories about the beginnings of the memorial and many of the notable Americans interred there (and one non-American, a key ally in World War Two!), and was friendly and such a valuable resource for us. We were able to see the changing of the guard at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, which was very special, too. Our family recommends Cornerstone Tours!
