SLCバスツアーズ・ホップ・オン・ホップ・オフ

Ken, thanks for this, and for being easygoing about the game-day detours. Home football Saturdays reroute a lot of downtown traffic, and our driver would rather take the long way around than leave people sitting still. Glad the commentary landed. Restaurant recommendations from someone who actually eats at those places tend to be better than anything you'd find in a guidebook. Worth noting for anyone reading: the buses run on a 90-minute cycle, so the stops are chosen with that in mind. Each one has enough around it, museums, food, neighborhoods to walk, to fill the time before the next bus comes through. Glad you came away knowing the city better.

Thank you so much, Billie! We’re thrilled that the tour helped you make the most of your day in Salt Lake City. It’s especially great to hear that you found it reasonably priced and enjoyed the complimentary drink and snack. Our guides love helping guests not only learn about the city, but also figure out what’s worth seeing and how to best spend their time here. We really appreciate your recommendation to friends and family and would love to have you back on board next time you visit!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed the tour and appreciated the commentary, complimentary water, and overall experience. You’re correct that the full loop is approximately 90 minutes, and guests who choose to hop off have 90 minutes to explore before the bus returns. We also appreciate your feedback on pricing. A Hop-On Hop-Off service is inherently more expensive to operate than a traditional timed city tour because the bus continues running throughout the day and your ticket allows you to ride, hop off, explore, and reboard. Even with that added flexibility, we’re proud to remain the most cost-effective sightseeing tour option in Salt Lake City. Thank you again for choosing SLC Bus Tours and exploring the city with us!

Thank you for your review! We're glad you enjoyed the tour and found the history and commentary informative. It's great to hear our guide was able to adjust the timing so you could spend a little extra time at the Pioneer Centre while other attractions were closed on Sunday. We always try to make the most of the day based on what's available. Thank you for choosing SLC Bus Tours, and we hope to welcome you back on board the next time you're in Salt Lake City! Best regards, SLC Bus Tours Team

We’re especially glad to hear that the driver’s communication about Sunday closures helped make your day smoother and more enjoyable. Helping guests make the most of their time in Salt Lake City is something we care deeply about. Your kind words about our customer service team mean a great deal to us as well. As a small local company, we genuinely try to provide a personal and caring experience for every guest, so hearing that it stood out — especially compared to your travels across the US and Europe — is incredibly encouraging to our entire team. We’re also happy you enjoyed the live bus tracking feature and got to experience the city from the open-top bus with those mountain views. Salt Lake City really is beautiful from that perspective.
