Guide didn’t turn up, answer the phone or respond to messages, we had to pay TWICE for entry and no refund from Happy Tour, don’t book with them. All other trips booked with Get Your Guide have been brilliant!
No one in the meet up point. No ticket sent to the email and whatsapp, and no answer in messages and also calls. This us not the experience we want in our trip.
DO NOT BOOK! I did not see the horrible reviews for this tour through Happy Tours prior to booking, or I would have never booked. No communication from the tour company. Arrived at the meeting spot and no one showed up. I called and messaged the tour company and never received a response. I expect Viator to make this situation right. If Viator values their reputation, they should discontinue using this tour operator.
Unreliable, no one was on site to hand over the real tickets We were unable to take the tour
Nobody showed up from the tour company. We walked all over and even asked other tour operators and nobody had seen Happy Tours that day. We never got into the Pantheon. Disappointed
Company did not provide tickets, did not answer messages, and did not answer the phone. We ended up waiting in line to buy our own tickets. Useless.
There was absolutely no communication from the tour company. We attempted to contact them via message and via phone with no response. We were at the meeting location and could not find the tour operator and we never received our tickets from the sellers. This was our last evening in Rome and did not get to see the inside of the Pantheon. We were beyond disappointed.
Terrible. The guide never met us. We never received our tickets. They never answer her phone calls or our messages. We did not get a chance to go into the pantheon.
We were at the location 20 minutes prior to the event. We waited for 30 minutes after and nobody showed up. I sent five messages and nobody replied to my messages either I will let you know if I get the refund we deserve.
The operator didn’t show up; we missed seeing the Pantheon. Very disappointed as we were looking so forward to this and the line up to buy tickets was so long we couldn’t wait or we’d have missed our reservation.
