I was picked up easily and my driver helpful with my luggage but the transport was an old worn taxi and the seat very uncomfortable. I think it would be cheaper to book an ordinary official taxi on arrival.

Our flight was changed and we arrived an hour earlier than expected. I tried calling but got no answer so I sent an email with our new flight information. Our driver was waiting for us just outside customs. He handled our luggage and whisked us into town to our hotel. It was a seamless experience.

Driver was on time. Driver was very helpful in locating our direction. Despite the heavy rain the driver was very safe traveling through the city.

So glad we booked this tour! Our wonderful guide, JUAN, went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time! He was prompt and well-informed. Our group of 5 included a 6yo and teenagers. Juan was especially accommodating to our needs as a family. The tour itself was great fun. It progressed nicely to each scheduled activity with stops for lunch and dinner. We all especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot springs after the adrenaline rush of zip lining. It was a memorable experience for all.
