Ride was on time with very pleasant driver Rebecca. She stopped at the grocery for us also. Would highly recommend!
Prior to pickup the staff was efficient and accommodating. Pickup was smooth and driver was happy to make a stop for a beverage. Issues: driver spoke little English and he took backroad which extended the trip by 45 minutes. The back roads were scary as hell and so was the overturned dump truck found on it's side on a scary windy road. My trip from hotel back to airport was not frightening at all. This was TRULY FRIGHTENING!
Top-notch service. Our driver was punctual, welcoming, and made us feel safe and comfortable throughout the trip. We were genuinely impressed and would absolutely book again.
Greeter and Drivers were so courteous and helpful. Everyone was punctual and they moved our return trip time to allow for road construction. They suggested wonderful places to stop for food and bathroom breaks. Everyone spoke fluent English. A very pleasant experience.

SEAMLESS RIDE FROM AIRPORT TO LOS SUENOS! Byron and Jesus were ver patient and waited while we got groceries and carried them for us.
Prompt, curteous and very friendly service. Very impressed. Vehicle was very clean and fresh. Wi fi is an extra bonus, especially as the travel took 1 1/2 to 2 hrs.
Well I missed my flight my girlfriend went ahead without me and took the ride to the hotel. I asked them could they come back and get me later on that night. The gentleman took a picture of my reservation as if he was going to accommodate the circumstance. However, I misunderstood the non communication and assumed they would come back or even tell me that was not going to be able to accommodate me. Again, they didn’t communicate and when I made contact with them they basically said it was too late and left me at the airport stranded. So I ended up making a game time decision and just paying for another taxi. I am here safe and sound thanks to myself.
Fernando was exce. Kept the conversation interesting, pointing out areas of interest and giving recommendations. Was waiting for us even though we were very late and slow.
