An afternoon well spent !!
This was such a fun experience and only a short 3 minute walk from our cruise ship. The class was very informative and we learned a bit about oyster anatomy, flavour profiles and the area. The class is outdoors under a tent ( picnic table seating ) so dress appropriately. The oysters & cider were delicious and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. We also enjoyed the freshest lobster roll and mussels from their seafood truck on site. Our entire group agreed it was the best way we could have spent our time in CB.
