My group and I recently booked the Sinister Sins & Shadows tour. While we had a lovely time exploring the streets of Savannah, the "haunted" experience itself fell quite short of the evocative name. The Tour Experience Savannah is undeniably one of the most beautiful cities in the country, and simply walking through the historic squares at night was a highlight. The atmosphere of the city is naturally spooky and charming, providing a great backdrop for a night out. However, the storytelling didn't quite capture that "Sinister" magic. It felt like our guide might have been leading his very first tour after training. He was clearly a nice guy and very polite, but he frequently stumbled over his words and lacked the fluid delivery needed to make the "Sins & Shadows" feel real. Instead of feeling suspenseful, the stories felt a bit disjointed. We’ve all been the "new person" at a job, so we certainly empathize, but the performance didn't live up to the polished experience we expected. Paid Add-ons We chose to upgrade our experience, but unfortunately, the extras didn't provide much value: The Extra Stops: We paid for the extended version of the tour, but the additional four stops lasted all of 10 minutes combined. There wasn't much content or history provided for these locations, so it felt very rushed. EMF Meter Rental: We weren't given any instructions on how to use the device or what the readings actually signified. It ended up being more of a flickering prop than a tool for paranormal discovery.

There were only three of us in our group. I think our tour guide was a little nervous. He walked fast and lost his train of thought a few times. Nice kid, but needs some work.
