The experience overall was great! Instructions on where to meet for the car was a little unclear at first, but we were able to figure it out. Our driver Chuy was fantastic, super friendly and was great at pointing out notable landmarks in the area. Our guide for the kayak was amazing as well, very knowledgeable and fun! He was great at guiding us through the ocean and even when we fell off our kayak during a big wave, he was able to get us back on immediately. Had a great time!
Amazing view of the geyser, up close and felt very safe with our experienced guide. Driver was accommodating and friendly.
The best expirience ,my family love it
Travel guide prioritized safety, gave clear instruction and ocean conditions allowed us to get close to the geyser. We even got to jump out of our kayaks into the water (away from the blow hole) and saw Seaweed the Sea Lion. We highly recommend this excursion and would do it again in a heartbeat.
Late start. Some communication errors for pickup. Instructions weren't received in email prior to disembarkation. Long drive for little kayak time but kayak guide was very good! No tour guide, just a taxi cab driver that would drop us off here and there and wait for us to return.

While our drivers are excellent at navigating the local landscape to get you to your destination safely, I hear your disappointment regarding the nature of the tour. We clearly missed the mark in setting the right expectations for the difference between a 'guided tour' and our 'private transport/driver service.' I am pleased to hear our kayak guide provided a high-quality experience, as they are a key part of our team, but I agree that the balance of the day did not meet your expectations. I will be reviewing our booking materials immediately to ensure guests clearly understand the transit process and the specific nature of our tour offerings moving forward. An ocean adventure into the exciting entrance of the blow hole (La Bufadora). It's a cool feeling riding up and down with the swell watching and hearing the rumble of the blow hole.... You won't forget it!!
It was awesome! Chui was a good driver, no problems. Took us for great tacos after the trip, and then took us downtown to shop and showed us how to find our way around. Our kayak guide, Esau was absolutely the best! You can tell he loves his job, and he made sure we were safe and had a good time. Even showed us the today pools afterwards, looking at all sorts of amazing sea life. Loved it!
We had a wonderful time our guides Esau and Jordan took great care of us. We felt safe out on the water with our kids and learned a ton. We definitely want to come back. We highly recommend this adventure.

I cannot put in words how amazing this entire experience was for me, my daughter, and her friend. First, our driver Genaro was the absolute best. He spoke great English, helped me improve my bad Spanish, translated for us at all our stops, and answered my endless stream of questions about all things Ensenada. Our kayak guide, Esau, was incredible! He has a degree in environmental biology and was able to share so many interesting facts about the marine life and formation of the unique cliff and cave formations in Baja. I cannot wait to come back and do another tour. 10/10 for all!
