Had an amazing trip with YF adventures. Horseback riding on the beach was a blast but our driver Michael was the true star of the tour. He was very informative along the ride and took his time showing us many hidden gems around Ocho Rios. Visit can be as long or as short as you want it to be. The tour guides will do as much or as little as you’d like. Excellent trip for the money. We did a private tour just the two of us though saw some larger family tours. They keep it intimate and take plenty of photos for you with no pressure to pay for extra photos at the end. Ask for Michael when you book!

My girls was so excited to ride horses in the ocean. Once they saw the horses were obviously not well kept, malnutrition, hip bones visible, they were very disappointed. Since you have to pay upfront, what do you do. I rode Michelle. My husband, who was riding behind me, let me know after the ride that my horses leg was broken and shouldn't be riden AT ALL. Her leg was twisting off her hoof each time she took a step. My husband asked the guide if Michelle was alright, the guide said yes, shes fine. What??? So forget about having healthy horses, just pay and be on your way. Had I known sooner, I would not had rode. The guides didn't really take us far in the water as expected. Our feet didn't even get wet. And where was the swimming thats in the description?? Is the swimming for the horses on the shoreline on the way back? This location needs to be shut down. I know I'm not the only review that has complained about this tour company. They need to be shut down.

Today was simply amazing all the workers took amazing pictures they went above and beyond to make sure me and my son felt safe I love that. But one thing stood out to me more than anything and that's my driver Omar this man was more than amazing I cannot find the words to describe. I'll ride was smooth we talked he listened ..he played music for us he's such a nice person if I ever came back to Jamaica I will make him my private driver for good.. you can't go wrong by booking Omar for your driver whether you have kids or you come solo even as a group he is definitely a 1000/10 we really appreciate you Omar you left a stain on us in a good way . We had the best time. Very hard to impress my teenager and he said it was the best experience and excursion we went on while in Jamaica. Tour guide was so helpful took so many pictures for us. I really appreciated him. Will do again!

One of the best experiences in Jamaica, I highly recommend it. Omar is amazing driver who picked us up! Also the crew is very helpful with taking photos. This is worth every penny. Make sure to tip them for their hard work!

Went solo. Had a great time ! It was my first time on a horse so I was a little nervous but the guide was very supportive & helpful which made me comfortable. Everyone on the staff team was kind including the camera man the followed . Pictures came out beautiful. Will definitely return for this service when I come back to Jamaica. Thank you guys !

We had such an amazing time horseback riding with Young Family Adventures in Ocho Rios. Our guide, Michael, was incredibly kind and helpful the entire way. Our horses — Princess, King, and Lucky — were calm, gentle, and perfect for our group of mostly inexperienced riders. The ride through the water was beautiful and honestly one of the highlights of our trip. The guides were all so friendly, and they went above and beyond by taking photos for us — something we definitely couldn’t have done on our own while riding. They also had some really cool local merchandise available, which made the experience feel even more authentic. After we finished, Michael took us to get Jamaican Jerk, and it was absolutely amazing. We made it back to the ship with plenty of time, no stress at all. Thank you to Michael and the whole team for such a memorable and genuinely enjoyable experience. Highly recommend!
