I would like to leave this report as a warning for future tourists. At the time of purchasing the tour, we were informed that the boat would provide a container with ice to store drinks. Based on this information, we bring our own drinks. However, when we boarded and questioned the sailor about the place for storage, we were received with extreme lack of cordiality. He grossly stated that the tour did not offer this service and, when we explained that the information had been provided at the time of the sale, he replied asking if we wanted to get off the boat to complain. Unfortunately, this was only the beginning of a disappointing experience. During the whole tour there was no presentation of the islands and points visited, no interaction with the passengers and no care to make the experience pleasant. The boat was driven at high speed for most of the journey, transforming what should be a contemplative walk into a simple shift between stops. The impression is that there is a big difference between the service promised in the sale and what is actually delivered. In tourist activities, the service makes all the difference, and the attitude of the responsible professional directly impacts the customer experience. We did not question unforeseen or operational limitations, but the lack of transparency in the information and the disrespectful way we were treated made the experience quite negative. I recommend that future tourists confirm all the details of the tour in writing before buying to avoid similar frustrations.

Happy tour of the warm islands on the day 20/04/25 large island 7 with Paulo a super poor-humored senior and rigid. At one stop he stopped the boat where the water was deep I went down he did not warn I drowned because he did not walk wet my bag. I believe that with years of experience he could be more gentle and say that I could wet the bag and that was deep not going to stand he just stood looking without saying anything. I just didn't wet my phone. I swallowed plenty of water through my nose. I didn't even get off the boat because I was embarrassed and scared.
