Our flight arrived almost an hour early, which obviously caught the agency unprepared complicating the classic meeting with the driver at Gate 3 of Terminal 1 of the arrivals of the BKK airport, however despite this mishap the agency, through WhatsApp, led us patiently, step by step, to the car that was waiting for us. I really appreciated the great professionalism of the agency. The car and driver also of excellent standard. Given these qualities, again through WhatsApp, we booked a day trip to Ayutthaya. Also in this case the quality of the car and the professionalism, patience and courtesy of the driver made this trip truly wonderful. I express my sincere gratitude to the TransferBKK agency that also took care of our return trip to the Airport

Driver did not show up. No one answered the phone number provided so I was stranded at 1am at the airport. I eventually paid for a taxi instead and request a refund from the company.

Was really hard to find the pickup spot and then once we did we had to wait 20 minutes for the car to come and it seemed like it wasn’t very well managed and they didn’t respond to any of our messages. However once we got the car it was very clean and nice and all the staff were really nice but it’s very expensive for the lack of service.

Guys, u just landed, and all tired and hot, wife is hangry and kids complaining, why take ANY chances wading thru the arrival level chaos of hailing transport on ur own? Kick off ur thailand trip right and book this secure, private transport service. Its super easy on the day of. At the arrival terminal, after u exit the “nothing to declare” gate head toward the pickup gate # (we know it as door # back in the states) as directed by the service operator email. Look for ur name and confirm on a 11x14 paper sign posted, point to it, and an agent make u hold the paper and take a pic of u w it, and directs u to ur car and driver shortly. In a swift and seamless fashion u and ur party, w all ur luggs, are on ur way to ur hotel. Its our first time to bangkok and our flight was late 1 hour from the original booking. Not a word was mentioned about this, we were still taken care of. I will use this service again!!
Very easy and convenient. Meeting place as described. Waited less than 10 minutes for driver to come around. Comfortable vehicle for 4 plus luggage.
The drive from the airport to Shangri-la hotel was ok. However, we had requested a car seat for our 10 month old daughter. Unfortunately, there was no baby car seat and so we had to hold our daughter for ca one hour. Quite unsafe.

Great transfer company, we were punctually picked up from Bangkok airport and taken to Pattaya in a very comfortable van, and equally great experience for our return from Pattaya to Bangkok. We highly recommend SHA plus.
It's always great when landing in a new place to see your name on a placard, ready to be picked up. The concierge was waiting exactly where the emailed directions said. Our driver had a basic grasp of English, and was efficient in taking us to our accommodation. Compared with the cost of catching a local taxi, this is an expensive experience, but weighs up okay against the convenience.
