They were easy to find after coming out of the arrival gate. They took a photo of us and sent it to the driver so he would recognise us. All up took 10 mins and we were on the road. The driver was fantastic. He offered us bottled water each, loaded all our gear. 7 of us. Great trip. Thank you.
Not reliable . Waited for 20+ mins with no driver. Viator shows correct booking but it never showed up in their system.
Quick and easy, driving was nice and professional. Only thing is this Box I make you use min of 100 characters..

The driver was fine, but the car was dirty and smelled of cigarette smoke. The Air Conditioner did not work well and the combination of those things made the trip unpleasant. When we arrived at the airport, my wife was feeling a bit car sick!

Easy identification of process to be picked up. Communication good. Always a long drive in Phuket but I felt safe with driving
Directions provided for arrival procedures were perfect. Van was very safe and drivers provided additional comfort by taking photos of the occupants before and after the drive. There was a slight mix up on our return, but resolved through the WhatsApp Contact information. If you don't hear from them with return trip information at least 12 hours ahead of return flight contact them to make sure they have you on their books for the day. The rest of our traveling companions booked another van because they had different flights. They had no problems either direction.
Instructions not very clear on where to meet at the airport unfortunately. Sent messages to both numbers listed and no one responded. After 15 minutes of walking around the arrivals area we found it.
