If you're having one meal in Seoul, have this one! I only have good things to say about this tour, it really was amazing from start to end! Jungho is incredibly dedicated and knowledgable when it comes to the food in the market (very helpful when you're a European with too few language skills to suss it out yourself) and he was an excellent tour guide. Aside from all the delicious food we were treated to, we also got to learn more about Korean eating and drinking culture (and general culture), which I really appreciated. The Gwangjang market is a quite famous place, lots of celebrities have passed through, so it really is sightseeing as well as dinner. With a very friendly tour guide at that! My best recommendation is for you to come hungry to this tour, as there was so many delicious dishes, and many of them. The two hour tour was well worth the price! 100% would do again if I went back to Seoul.

Jungho was an excellent guide. We tried a great variety of tasty vegan Korean dishes and also gave great insights into the food and drinking culture. He also took a lot of care to ensure the dishes were authentically vegan. This tour has been one of the real highlights of our trip.

Jungho is an amazing guide, explained everything very well and answered every question patiently and passionately. The food and drinks were great, generous, and arrived almost immediately after we arrived to each place. I highly recommend this tour!

INCREDIBLE food tour (vegan or not).. we had ~15 different dishes which was a LOT & he was happy for us to get extra at any point if we wanted. Mix of different alcohols too! It was never ending..(thankfully!). He’s a local from Seoul & made the tour feel like we were getting a glimpse into local life which I think is hugely important. Food was 12/10 & guide was SO lovely. He included a goodie bag at the end with our Korean name too. Best tour I’ve done.

This food tour was one of the best things I did during my 9 days in Seoul! I've been on many food tours around the world, and Korea was the first place where (my previously booked, different) food tour could not accommodate my vegetarianism. So I was very grateful to find this fully vegan/vegetarian food tour, especially since meat/fish are hidden in so many Korean foods you wouldn't expect (kimchi, tteokbokki, etc.). Jungho was a fantastic guide, teaching us about Korean culture and drinking/dining etiquette as well as about the food. We happened to be in Korea during a heat wave (highs in the mid-90s with 70% humidity) and the market mostly isn't air-conditioned, so Jungho brought us our first two tastings outside the market where there was a nice breeze. I've been on probably more than a dozen food tours, but this was the first one where I could not finish all the food because there were so many tastings and such big portions. The food was all delicious — some of my favorites on my entire trip — and even my meat-eating husband loved the food. Jungho even gave us goodie bags at the end of the tour with vegan treats for us to take home. I HIGHLY recommend this tour to anyone visiting Seoul who's vegetarian/vegan! Bonus: the tour ends near the Cheonggyecheon Stream, which is a lovely and refreshing place to stroll along in the evening.

Jungho was a wonderful guide and the tour was amazing! We tried 14 different foods and drinks (we had a few celebratory extras than normal) and Jungho taught us a lot about Korean culture. We left feeling full! Thank you, Jungho!

Excellent vegan food tour - we would highly recommend if you want to try some classic Korean dishes and know that they are vegan. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the food and Korea in general - we really had a great time with him. 10/10 would do it again - just be sure to come hungry as the portions are very generous!

This tour was a real highlight of our trip. Jungho was a fantastic guide who took great care in showing us around and making sure we had a good time. He was very friendly and professional at the same time. The food was very tasty and we also learnt more about Korean culture along the way. Highly recommend!
