The self guided tour was perfect for us. Within a couple of days of booking we got all the individual booking confirmations. What was delightful was than Arceni from the agency reached out and gave full details on how to manage the day and also tips about what do. Once again we got a reminder and a check in to see if we needed anything and if our plans were on track. This was perfect for us as it provided all the comfort of an organized tour with the freedom and space of individual travel. Thanks so much 🙏

So beautiful!! We had such a great day taking in the countryside, such a well organized adventure!! The Fjord cruise and Flam Railway were definitely the highlights!

The most memorable part of the trip was the train from Flam to Myrdal, the scenery was spectacular the train gave us a 5 minute stop to take photos of the amazing Kjosfossen Waterfall which was frozen. The entire journey was breathtaking. The most disappointing part due to freezing weather was the cancellation of the Fjord Cruise because it was frozen. We weren't expecting that.

The views, even in March were fantastic. Please keep in mind calendar holidays, most of stores other than tourist were on limited hours due to Easter week.There is a lot to take in and experience and one day doesn't cover it, so if you are able, make this st least a 2 day trip. I started my day at 545 am in Bergen and ended 2230 pm in Oslo and felt like I travelled all day instead of enjoying the time. Granted, the train out of Bergen was not running due to derailment so buses replaced it. That worked fine. Bus, train, bus in the am to get to NarrowFjord/Sognefjord. It is gorgeous and worth seeing. Fjord ship was smooth and took us to Flam. Flam is a very small souvenir town, I'm glad I didn't stay there although in summer -or winter - it would be nice for hikes. I used Porter service for my luggage so I didn't have to pull it around. I don't recall seeing lockers at flam but there could have been some.It is do-able to take your luggage if it is carry on size. Train from Myrdal back to Oslo was late 1 hour but not cancelled. All in all a worthy experience. I would have enjoyed more time to explore. Tips: always carry water and pack snacks. I got a "to go" breakfast box at my hotel. Wear layers! The coldest part was waiting for ships and trains. If you use porter service have hotel print porter service - not hotel- tags ( I never got mine so my bags arrived a day late).

The self guided tour itinerary was perfectly instructed by staff and there was no issues with timings. The timings were perfect as the towns only had a cafe or gift shop open so there was no temptation to explore the towns and miss the next train. The train and cruise through the fjord was breathtaking

What a disappointment of YOUR scheduling. I paid for these Non-Refundable tickets at least 3 months ago so I would think at that time my tickets would be purchased . Instead we had 2 hour waits between trains so that it was completely dark when we got on our 8:00 train, the earlier one being sold out. One of the highlights of our trip was basically ruined by the scheduling from your company. We got into Oslo at 1am. People do yourself a favor BOOK it yourselves separately.

Best day of my vacation. When you are short of time, this is the best way to see the highlights of Norway. Everything was timed well and very clear information about where to go and which train/bus/ferry to take. The scenery is just amazing, never seen anything like it. I enjoyed it a lot and would definitely recommend!
