I would like to say that Viator once proved how great they are. We had an issue with our tickets that were not accepted when we arrived at the castle. At first, Viator thought it was our fault but when I explained further, they were GREAT and refunded our money. We use Viator exclusively and travel about 10 times a year to different countries. Now using them again in Dubrovnik and Montenegro. They are really terrific! FYI-the Alcazar castle is pretty amazing!
Complete scam, ticket was not accepted and had to purchase a ticket on site. I want my money back!

For this reason, tickets are sold with specific time slots, and we strongly recommend arriving on time to avoid any issues.
We purchased tickets on Viator for this excursion at Segovia Alcazar. When we arrived, we were told they were unable to honor those tickets so we paid for new tickets to enter. I contacted Via tour who has said they will not refund money as there was nothing wrong. I believe that they are in the wrong and should refund our money as we use them all the time in our world travels disappointing to say the least.
