We did this experience before actually going out to the vortex sites, and I’m really glad we did. It helped us go in with a bit more understanding instead of just showing up and wondering what we were supposed to feel. We went over the four main vortexes, and also picked up a few simple ways to actually tune in and experience the energy for ourselves. That part honestly stood out the most for me. It made the whole idea of a vortex feel a lot more grounded and personal, rather than something abstract you just hear about. It also helped that we got a quick overview of Cathedral Rock, Airport Mesa, Boynton Canyon, and Bell Rock, so we had a better sense of where we might want to go afterward. Overall, it was a really relaxed and interesting way to start exploring Sedona’s vortexes.

We really enjoyed this experience! It was a wonderful way to learn about Sedona’s four major vortexes before visiting them in person. Sohyung made the experience very warm and personal, and we learned a lot about the energy and meaning of each location. It gave us a whole different perspective on Sedona and made us even more excited to explore the vortexes ourselves. Highly recommend this experience, especially if it’s your first time in Sedona!
